At Brazil Hair Effect, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the policy below to understand the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and with the security seal intact.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and any free gifts received in the original order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products, due to hygienic reasons.
  • Items marked as final sale or part of promotional campaigns, such as styling tools, ponytails, and wigs.
  • Items purchased using specific discount coupons may be subject to refund restrictions based on the promotion terms.

Return Process

  1. Initial Contact
    Email contact@brazilhaireffect.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization
    If eligible, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product
    Send the product back in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or gifts.
    We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Product Inspection
    Once received, the item will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after the returned item is approved.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • If only part of an order is returned, a proportional refund will be issued, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Items returned as part of bundles or kits may affect the value of the refund if the offer conditions are no longer met.

Undelivered or Incomplete Orders

  • If an order fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, refunds will not be issued.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the process above and place a new order.


Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Products without the intact security seal will be rejected for hygiene reasons.
  • Brazil Hair Effect is not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments sent by the customer.
